About System

This web site of the National Library of Uzbekistan which named Alisher Navoi implements the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № 3271 "On the Program of Complex Measures for the Publishing and Distribution of Book Products, Development of the Educational Culture Development System". Placement of electronic textbooks with QR codes in special offices, widely disseminated in electronic libraries of the National library of Uzbekistan, creation of conditions for their download on mobile devices.

The system is designed to increase the interest of the population, especially among youth, to promote the study culture. The book is a spiritual motivation, because it is an invaluable thing to intensify human thought. Our people are always famous for their desire for education, science and education. Creating such conditions in airports, railway stations and waiting areas in Uzbekistan will promote popularization of reading culture and development of culture of reading.

We have scanned the QR code from the Virtual Library's special boards and passengers can download the electronic version of the book as well as audio-video versions to the mobile phone's memory and read their favorite stuff.
